  With the sale of the E3D to the Chilean Airforce announced, I was appointed as the project officer for the the aircraft and engineering inventory handover.Utilising my SME knowledge to ensure all required engineering inventory was included within the sales agreement or assisted in generating a sales amendment. From my previous role I was able to ensure all items had sufficient serviceability and life to allow the FACH to set up their own contacts to future proof thier new inventory. I provided a Single Point of Contact for the Sentry Delivery Team to ensure efficiency of effort as the squadron manpower were being posted away.Managed and oversaw asset strip of an aircraft under care of maintenance, allowing DE&S to fulfil the contracted obligations to the FACH. Provided peer-peer leadership and mentorship the FACH engineering personal who would be recieving the inventories once handover was completed in Chile, Show less Tasked with managing to specialist tools and test equipment inventories across the E3D fleet. Ranging from £2.5 million to £3 million across the maintenance schedule. Tasked with the HR management of a 7 person strong team mixed 50/50 between serving personal and civilians. Ensuring all duties were manned across the calendar.Planning deployment builds and recoveries whilst managing asset calibration and testing schedules. Assisted with the planning of Squadron deployments to ensure sufficient TTE infrastructure could be in place within the selected deployment locations. Assisted with the scheduling of aircraft depth maintenance under the role of hanger manager, this involved custodian duties of aircraft support super structures and lifting equipment.Environmental protection duties fell under my area of responsibility as hanger manager, ensuring all areas complied with local orders and Enviromental agency requirements.The flexibility of my support role allowed me to supplement the producing shifts with engineering supervision and independent inspection cover acting as a force multiplier during high tasking levels. As a type SME I was regularly called on to assist the mechanical trade desk in supervision of larger complex task and fault diagnosis. Worked closely with BAe and Northrop Grumman training co-ordinators to ensure compliance with both service and civilian standards.Carried out an overhaul of the trade/positional based aircraft servicing training to create redundancy and allow deployment footprints to be streamlined where required.Acted as the SME contact for the Sentry Delivery team, providing knowledge and guidance during the draft phase of any technical instruction update and release. Ensuring correct engineering standards and practises are used, ensuring the quality and completeness from task start to completion. Skilled in fleet wide investigation and rectification, working closely with the aircraft design authority and prime depth provider to generate a report for the Type Airworthiness Authority and HQ Air.Managed the input and receipt of aircraft between the forward domain (QR640) and the depth domain (Mil-Part 145) owning and managing the statements of work throughout.
