   Responsible of all welding activities including production and performance of each welder. Reviewing of welding procedure specification (WPS) with supporting performance qualification record (PQR) as per code (ASME SECTION IX, AWS D1.1) and client specifications. Preparation of welder's performance qualification, welder's ID card , welders log. Preparing Welding Matrix according to Dwg.  Preparing Welding Map. Control Welding action according to WPS. Random Visual Inspection of Welded Joints (before, after welding & control parameters during welding). Control welding consumables and their certificates. Control of welding machines, quivers, electrode's ovens. Control Preheating & post heating. For different Materials: P No 1, P No 4, LTCS. and Control the PWHT of this Materials. Following the post weld heat treatment for different materials and preparing the required cycle for each one, reviewing the chart according to the specification & the Code.
