      Duties included: sick absence management, annual leave allocation and control, creation and completion of weekly staff balances, providing detailed reports of weekly, monthly and annual spend and direct involvement in the setting and control of the £3.5m unit budget, completing recruitment requests, and interviewing and vetting potential candidates for vacant roles.I was responsible for organising events from small team meeting to management training workshops to events as large as the Annual Long Service Awards Dinner & Dance. The roles I have undertaken have allowed me to develop skills in the following areas: Data gathering and input, creation of databases and management systems, liaising with other major organisations, working to tight deadlines and budget constraints, finding solutions to complex resource issues including absence coverage whilst ensuring that legal regulations and restrictions such as the working time directive and driving hour limitations are adhered to.
