  Als manager telecontrole beheer ik projecten met betrekking tot de telecontrole-uitrusting. Ik optimaliseer de bestaande systemen en sta in voor het beheer van het onderhoud van deze uitrusting.Het betreft de volgende uitrusting: - Het energienetwerk (SCADA Lynx + terreinautomaten voor de telecontrole van de elektriciteitsvoorziening op het gebied van hoogspanning). - De uitrusting voor reizigersinformatie in de stations.Concreet zijn mijn taken de volgende:- Ik sta in voor het beheer van diverse projecten met betrekking tot de telecontroletechnieken: de functionele analyse uitvoeren, de mogelijke oplossingen bepalen, de fase van de opstelling van het bestek beheren, de offerte- en bestelfases beheren, instaan voor de opvolging van de productie en van de voorlopige en definitieve oplevering. - Ik centraliseer de opmerkingen van de gebruikers en analyseer de terugkerende problemen om te kunnen bepalen of een technische aanpassing of een vervanging van de uitrusting nodig is. - Ik analyseer de bestaande nieuwe technologieën en beslis welke technische oplossing het meest geschikt is. - Ik lanceer, verwezenlijk of superviseer technische ontwikkelingen (bv. de ontwikkeling van een noodconsole) - Ik geef leiding aan het personeel binnen de dienst. - Ik superviseer de planning en de opvolging van het werk van de medewerkers en/of de externe teams en ik zie erop toe dat de competenties binnen mijn team ontwikkeld en gehandhaafd worden. - Ik sta in voor de optimalisering van de tools, methodes en technieken voor onderhoud/depannage. - Ik plan en verzorg het beheer van de budgetten voor de projecten, de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van de installaties. - Ik zie toe op de documentatie, de rapportering en de kwaliteitscertificering voor de activiteiten die binnen de dienst plaatsvinden: de bijwerkingen van de plannen superviseren, de kwaliteitsprocedures (ISO) handhaven, enquêtes uitvoeren om de kwaliteit te controleren, ...
