  Customer Care Representative at Exempla Healthcare (under SCL Health)

  My primary duty as a Customer Care Representative was to assist the medical clinic transition from paper based to digital medical record indexing. This project required me to expand my knowledge of medical care (specifically in the field of cardiology) as I created a work flow for future employees to continue the indexing process. I also assisted with administrative patient care and assisted other staff members in meeting the needs of patient's administrative needs.

  Managed my own classroom of about 20 high school-aged Hong Kong ELL's.
