      1. Identify the dissatisfaction & satisfaction drivers from the customer satisfaction surveys and any other feedback's available, drill down to root causes and monitor improvement plans.2. Identify small signals from Customers, analyze them and implement preventive solutions.3. Ensure that complaints are resolved effectively and without delay to increase customer satisfaction.4. Insure that quality issues affecting Customers are solved quickly and effectively through containment, correction and prevention steps.5. Ensure that complaints not resolved at the entity/country level have been escalated and taken into account in the competent entities (Product/Engineering department, plant, distribution center, etc).6.
