      This role evolved as our company's HR department matured. Transitioning titles from Talent Manager, to a Regional HR Business Partner, and finally landing on People Operations Advisor (POPS), our team has a plethora of HR skills including internal movement, employee relations, manager and leadership coaching, and most recently, the handling and navigating of RTO initiatives. For three consecutive years, I participated in a regional project overseeing the movement of local UPS freight in the Southeast during Q4. During this project, I would lead a team of Operations Reps and one supervisor, divvying up our region's workload and ensuring there was 24-hour support for our parent company as they made it through their busiest season.
