      The Clinical Trials Support Services Department is responsible for contract and budget negotiations for clinical trials with an industry component as well as the development of Medicare Coverage Analyses and budgets for all clinical trials. Some of my responsibilities:- Developing and negotiating contracts: Master Services Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Subcontracts- Building and negotiating budgets and proposals- Developing financial, operational and contractual metrics and reporting tools- Working cross-functionally with Regulatory, Investigators, Office of General Counsel, Clinical Research Coordinators/Nurses, Research FinanceI have also been involved in several cross-functional teams to optimize and expedite clinical trial activation and improve business processes.
