Provide last line of support for UA claims, T1-T2 escalate given a template to T3. Owning all cases worked to completion of the process. Updating CAP SR and XI bugs with confidential case information. Clearly determining UA and processing according to detailed wiki article. Maintain different data tracking spreadsheets. Work closely with the Team Manager and Case coordinator to continually maintain a balance of queue health. Maintain 48 hour SLA on all owned cases. Maintain Quality cases with minimal mistakes in accounting and billing. Coordinate with other team members as needed to determine how we can improve the process. Act as first line of defense on internal XIN alias to assist High Profile, Media or executive escalations. Very clear verbal and written communication required as often times communicating directly with customers either through email or telephony. Daily Monitoring of Escalation queues and Product Studio Bugs for SLA compliance.
