  As a Brewery Ambassador, I managed groups of up to 50 guests. During our tours, I would show and educate them on Anheuser-Busch brands and the brewing process. My favorite part of my role was to customize each experience to the interests of the specific groups.

We connect company goals to our Employees through training, communications, and building new programs. The programs I support are centered around Leadership Development and making sure our Leaders feel heard, appreciated, and supported. Not only did I get to help find great opportunities for great people, I get to be part of people's stories of how they got started working for the best airline, if not the best company in the world. Helping find people with a Servant's Heart, Fun-LUVing attitude, and Warrior Spirit was what excited me!
