We connect company goals to our Employees through training, communications, and building new programs. The programs I support are centered around Leadership Development and making sure our Leaders feel heard, appreciated, and supported. Not only did I get to help find great opportunities for great people, I get to be part of people's stories of how they got started working for the best airline, if not the best company in the world. Helping find people with a Servant's Heart, Fun-LUVing attitude, and Warrior Spirit was what excited me!
