Participated in a case management meeting with a patient and involved parties to resolve non-compliance issues. Conducted an in-service on spinal mobilizations utilizing grade 3 and 4 mobs with demonstration and mentored a prospective physical therapy student. I also successfully managed a patient who had a De Quervain's release surgery which included the development of a work conditioning program.
