      Activities and Societies: Secretary of the Tea Appreciation Society Study of Classical Studies, Ancient History and English, with a particular focus on Ancient and pre-modern literature. This has also included supplementary courses in European and Sexual Histories. This learning also enabled me to develop writing and analysis skills, and the ability to profieciently operate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

      Supervision of staff members within the Box Office, and extended customer service when issues arise that require my expertise to be solved. As a supervisor I have also been required to enhance my skills with Ticketmaster's PCI ticketing system, particularly with balancing accounts, dealing with COMPS and Holds, and pulling sales reports. This leads to my role as FOH liason, often working closely with venue FOH or security to ensure the event is a success.
