Sourced and executed over £1bn of acquisitions. Managed the best performing unlisted portfolio in the UK market (as measured by MSCI). Recently obtained planning consent with a Joint Venture partner for 716 purpose-built student accommodation and 150 build-to-rent homes in two high-rise buildings, as well as a 376,000 sq ft data centre and 64,000 sq ft of work space. Member of European Sustainability Taskforce and Chair of the Strategic Vision Group, tasked with determining what sectors and profile of assets should be targeted or divested to achieve long term outperformance.
