  As Vice President of Operations my duty is to oversee day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line of Crossby Dewar. I focus on strategic planning and goal-setting, and direct the operations of the company in support of its goals. By measuring progress and adjusting processes accordingly, I strive to keep Crossby Dewar on track. As a senior member of the management team, I plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the Operations function of the Company.
