  The Programme Management Office, established in April 2014 and managed by myself, is dedicated to improving the practice and performance of the project and programme management of the firm. The role of the PMO is to make a permanent and progressive improvement in the way projects are run. The responsibility of the PMO is to provide services and organisational focus in project management. It is designed to centralise and co-ordinate the projects under its portfolio. The PMO has a company-wide focus. A primary function of the PMO is to ensure that the project management methodology is followed. This business was initiated as a result of the successful implementation of the ERP systems at Spoor & Fisher.Compiled all documentation relating to the International Firm’s Business Blue Print.Drafted workflows and reports.Consulted with firm’s on project planning upgrades of the ERP system.
