This dynamic position involves a diverse range of responsibilities that encompass not only technical and customer support, but also the coordination of vital projects and hands-on support at the Community Medical Center laboratory in Missoula, Montana where I am located.Key Responsibilities:Cerner Millennium EHR Support: As a dedicated analyst, I am responsible for providing critical technical support for the Cerner Millennium EHR system. With the assistance of the ServiceNow platform, my team and I diagnose and resolve software-related issues, ensuring that our laboratories operate efficiently and maintain accurate patient records.On Site Support at Community Medical Center: In addition to remote support, I provide on-site assistance to the Community Medical Center laboratory located in Missoula, Montana. I offer technical support for their laboratory middleware applications, including Instrument Manager and Siemens ADM software, ensuring the smooth functioning of laboratory operations. We've brought in multiple instruments including the Beckman Coulter Iris, Siemens Atellica, Immucor Echo, and many others. I also support the onboarding of new hospital clients to the Cerner Hub cloud interface and maintain established connections.Certifications and Continued education: I hold Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) and a Specialist in Microbiology (SM) certifications through the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
