      Responsible for analyzing foods for the Nutrition Labeling Enforcement Act, NLEA, using, Inductively Coupled Plasma –Mass Spectrometry, ICP‐MS, GC‐MS, Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometer, LC‐MS, Gravimetric and Colorimetric instruments. Results were used to show compliance with the Nutrition Labelling and Education Act (NLEA) labels that were used on the food products that the company produced. Additionally, I worked in the biology department where we investigated spoilage events to determine bacteriological speciation using plating and PCR techniques. Furthermore, I spent significant time in the rheology department analyzing various food products for their consistency to ensure that the products produced were performing to specification.
