      During the course of this internship I successfully ported eSim, an open source EDA tool from PyQt version 5 to PyQt version 6. Additionally I contributed to the open source software by fixing multiple bugs and porting the whole software to Ubuntu 22.04.Throughout the internship I was constantly learning about how to contribute to open source projects and about the software development cycle. It also made me a good team player and enhanced my time management skills.
