      LEADearthSHIP is a TERI-GENPACT youth fellowship for young professionals and university students aimed at empowering youth in areas towards leadership and sustainability by preparing them towards leadership roles by facilitating innovation and understanding of cutting edge innovation practises.Fellowship Tenure: • Nominated as one of the youngest LEADearth Fellow (at age of 18) amongst the Top 30 from prestigious institutes across India (such as IITs, BITS, DU, TERI, amongst others)• Toiled on unravelling the delinquent of inopportune problem of paper waste management in the Industrial Area of Delhi.• Urbanized and instigated a social entrepreneurship project as a solution, focusing on recycling wastepaper from industries, thereby reducing paper wastage directly by 10% and creating a business for 4 marginalized women.• Fellows were presented and acknowledged at World Sustainable Development Summit 2016.• Won the Gold Medal at Social Entrepreneurship B-Plan Competition during Yuva Meet organized by TERI.
