  When our passion matches our current job we will be excel in that role!!! So in two consecutive years received the best performer award from Wrench solutions. It was a great time for me to be a part of the complete development life cycle of a great project management system. In almost 6 years of tenure in wrench, I worked on different entities of the system like core desktop application development, web application, plugin, research and development, support etc. Worked in research and development team almost 3 years where I could implement different things like, plugin integration (AutoCAD, Micro station, Word, Excel etc.), database replication, virtual drive using shell extensions, performance optimization, POC s of different tools for the project management system and many good features for the existing project management system. New technology and programming language was not a barrier in any developments. When we are able to work on an application from the scratch that will be most needed for any developer. In wrench, I could be able to work on the web version of the wrench project management system from the beginning itself. When the architecture is strong, the system will be able to extend to any end. The system now is handling billion dollar projects with the maximum efficiency. The system takes the advantage of advanced MVC concepts, jQuery etc. Show less
