I authored the messaging chapter of the book "Quick Recipes on Symbian OS".I later moved into a software quality management role for a project delivering bespoke development and maintenance of an S60-based software platform to multiple customers. The role included developing a quality and testing strategy, managing the project's defect levels, owning quality-related tools and processes, and communicating with customer management.Throughout my time in both roles, I provided technical consultancy and support to Symbian's customers, including on-site troubleshooting support in the UK and overseas.
