  My Career with United Healthcare Started in 1995 in the Inventory control room pulling staples. I quickly moved into a Team lead position managing the daily work. In late 1996 I moved to the HCFA billers claims payment team and processed professional claims for a year and a half before moving to the Twin Cities and joining our Government team managing the HCFA reconciliation for NY and NJ. I moved into a lead position after 6 months and oversaw the daily work for supplemental enrollments, and resolved problems our analysts faced. When this role moved to a new location out of state I moved to the Claims Adjustment team processing all claim types for adjustment. In 2003 an opportunity to join the Installation team opened up and my career at United Healthcare would take off and the opportunities to offer contributions would become more frequent with excellent results. Participate in Release management deployments to provide release notes, and follow through for all work items in a sprint to review test cases and test run results to ensure we had implemented successfully.
