  NICCU Music Therapy Resident

  Worked at a level 4 Newborn and Infant Critical Care Unit providing individual and familysupport through NICU music therapy. Services included support through the alteredfamily bonding experience, increasing neurodevelopmental opportunities through auditory,tactile, and vestibular stimulation, and assisting in decreasing pain and agitation. Within thisresidency, which was grant-funded by the Music Man Foundation, my work also includedgathering data on the use of the Pacifier Activated Lullaby (PAL) within this unique setting. Show less
