  Supported the Ethanol and Acetyls business as a Business Excellence personnel, wherein my deliverables included process debottlenecking to increase capacity using Six Sigma methodology.I was also engaged with many high impact projects especially targeted to tackle niche problems, along with specialized projects focused on reduction of norms, utility and energy consumption, effluent generation,etc. Was a part of the GET Training programme where we were acquainted with the basic functions and processes of 20 different chemical plants across 3 major production units with emphasis on it's flagship businesses like acetyls, pyridine, fine chemicals.Also, was a part of the capacity expansion of a major plant during my project phase, where my deliverables included Material balance, Equipment design calculations, process debottlenecking, utility calculations.
