  RESPONSIBILITIES; I oversee all IT related issues as they evolve within the group, I manage Software and Applications like SAGE VIP HR PACKAGE, E-MAIL SERVER, ANTIVIRUS SERVER, EASY ROSTER SERVER that are been made use of by Six Companies that operates within the Group. I Setup, Install and Configure Computer Systems, Large Format Printers, Scanners, and Industrial 30KVa UPS (Automatic Backups power supply). I repair and perform regular maintenance check on all hardware components (Computers and its peripherals, Scanners, UPS and Printers. I am responsible for maintaining high QoS to all IT Users, I control network policies and securities, I conduct enlightenment training to all Staff on latest Software and Applications as related to their Department.I have practical knowledge on Network implementation, configuration and resolution of Network related problems, implementation of Network security&policies, Network Mapping&Architecture, configuration and resolution of IP Address, laying of Network cables, I can render IT support service to all IT users based on my 8 years practical hands on experience in solving end users related Software and Hardware problems.
