Introduced Agile methodologies and ceremonies to client stakeholders and development teams. Reworked antiquated infrastructure to utilize containerization, devops, and observability for continuous delivery and continuous integration that included automated application and security testing. Oversaw three separate teams of front-end and back-end developers with separate client product leads that maintained independent sprint cadences and backlogs. Helped to create data pipelines to a larger data platform to allow for the eventual AI/ML goals of the client. General management duties for the agency itself included the day-to-day supervision and mentoring of a team of ten developers with a focus on assisting direct reports with their job engagement, and career success.
