We processed one store a month and assimilated the store into the way that Triumph did business. I would work with the existing team and help make the transition as easy as possible. A lot of time the existing management would not stay, so I would hire the new team and train them. Like I said we engrafted one store a month until they were all part of the Triumph Energy group.
