  As a Front Office Manager for the Center for Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine , I complete the following tasks daily (but my position has no limits), the coordination of care for all patient's being treated in the outpatient clinic, all patient insurance authorization and verification, communication between the management company and all hospital personnal pertaining to all patient's and/or staffing issues, notifying patient's of copay, deductible, and/or out of pocket expense that may be incurred during their treatment, assist the RN or CHT with rooming and triaging patient's previous to treatment, assist with patient care from wound care to hyperbaric treatments as needed, ordering all medical and office supplies and helping with any aspect of the medical and front office where an extra hand is needed. Having compassion for all the patient's that are seen in the clinic is personally my #1 concern from the time they make the call to schedule their first treatment to the end of their last treatment session. These patient's need all the help and support from family and staff during their recovery process so having kind, caring and friendly people to talk to and lean on during a rough time, helps the healing process physically and mentally be more successful.
