  Within the BFA Film Program I developed several courses from scratch, such as documentary filmmaking, editing practice and theory, as well as a lecture series on film history. I've planned the university's post-production studios and was a representative and delegate at the Asia Factual Forum. In 2007 I was part of the supervising team for a documentary film expedition to Yunnan/China, outcome were two documentaries on endangered animal species.

  I was a part-time lecturer in the Master of Arts in Global Communication program in the School of Journalism and Communication. The program attracts graduate students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, North America and Europe. Launched in 2005, this program combines theory and practice. It trains students in the theories of global media processes, new information technologies and globalization, as well as intercultural communication.The program’s coordinators strongly believe in educating critical global thinkers, who are able to reflect on ethical issues and provide culturally appropriate solutions to problems.
