I was responsible for managing our relationships, and growing our business, with the largest members in the four-state district. I created a Member Solutions Department and developed sales and financial analysis tools used by the entire sales team. In late 2016 I assumed responsibility for the strategic planning function. We have enhanced the direct involvement of our board of directors in the process. In addition, I developed and implemented a strategic plan scorecard to increase accountability and provide executive management and the board of directors periodic status reports on plan progress.
