  Leading Program to implement new Telecom Invoice process NFCOM demanded by Brazil Government. Lead strategic projects directly related to PIX (instant payment) among different areas and platforms. Lead project to incorporate operation & customers from another Telecom company by implementing a new company (SPE). Responsible for designing the Enterprise/ERP reference architecture for a new company created from TIM's carve-out operation.
