  As Program Manager I was responsible for budgeting, managing, and executing multi-million-dollar energy efficiency programs for utility clients in multiple states. I directed a cross functional team of in-office and field staff to consistently achieve program goals while reducing operating costs. Assisted in day to day operations of client programs including managing contractor networks, providing recurring and ad-hoc reporting, and interfacing with clients on a regular basis. As a program specialist I reported to and worked in close coordination with the program manager to assist in program delivery.
