  Led, developed and coordinated the quality review process to evaluate the quality of teaching, learning and assessment based on a balanced scorecard methodology, this applied across all Ofsted provision types and Higher Education. The review activities involved a team of 20 observers and the findings complied and present as reports to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors. Producing and monitoring quality improvement plans with individuals, subject teams and curriculum areas and directed the Advanced Learning Practitioners in supporting underperforming staff and teams.
