  Lead a team of technical engineers and SME's responsible for hardware certification including first field applications and network deployment approach. Develop and communicate network strategy including Stand Alone 5G rollout, O-RAN product insertion, Cloud RAN roadmap, and cell site standardization. Responsible for maintaining HW roadmap and life cycle management working with Technology Office and Finance. National lead for in-building equipment deployment and strategy. Responsible for road map, long term strategy planning, and in-building design. Emphasis on FFA trial testing of new hardware/software for wireless systems. Responsibilities include cell site planning and design for new cell sites, capacity evaluation and planning for macro, pico (small cell), in-building, and venues, antenna modifications, coordination, planning and budgeting for special event/COW deployment, DAS designs, upgrades, capacity growth and densification for venues, transportation hubs and neutral host locations. Responsible for managing 10 field technicians covering over 600 cell sites in Norhtern NJ and Rockland,Orange, and Sullivan counties in NY. Responsible for cell site design and performance for Northern NJ.
