Implement and monitor Certification Training of Branch Managers.Conduct Branch assessments and audits in operations, personnel performance and compliance to policy. Communicate and monitor adherence to company policy and procedure. Review and approve corrective action plans. Plan and monitor sales and marketing activities weekly to remain competitive in District while maintaining profit margins within established guidelines.Coordinate site selection of branch openings, relocations, and closings to ensure profitability compliance within company standard operating guidelines. Staff development and training in sales, marketing and branch operations: telemarketing, sales blitzes, site visits, sales (cold) calls, customer service calls, dispatch, midday, payout, closing and collections.
