      Making sure that all the In-houses and Warehouse stock is received in time and get moved to the dispatching area for loading to the branches. Sending descripency reports to the in-houses and Warehouse of the cargo received,ie if there are any damages and shortages. As the manager of the department it is my duty to give feedback of all the problems,reports,and the entire shift's running to the business as a whole Running the entire Debriefing report and giving feedback to the entire group by the end of each shift. Also making sure that all the Manifests handed to Debriefing are processed and pods handed over to pod capturing for further processing. Marking sure that all the failed deliveries due to Customer fault are neatly allocated to Reverse Logistics Cage awaiting authorisation and House keeping is up to the Company standard at all time.
