      As the first employee of the company, I was actively involved in setting up the Company’s departments, as well as operating procedures. Moreover, I contributed to the development of relationships between the Company, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.After the acquisition of Nemesis Contracting, I worked to facilitate the organizational strategy for a unified growth and development. My professional growth within the Company was reflected by the development and growth of the Group.Additional responsibilities were:Senior Operations Executive• After the acquisition of Nemesis Contracting, I worked for identify, develop, implement and monitor processes and improvements and I served as a conduit between the managing Director of the Group and the department’s managers for facilitating organizational strategic for growth and development.• Handle change management, perform ongoing organization analysis and implement change management programs driven for the business needs and challenges, in partnership with the department managers.
