  • AGOS and SAFe 6.0: In Agos I’m involved in adoption of SAFe 6.0 scaling Framework. I am engaged, in the training of future RTEs, in the set-up of the first PI documents, the first ARTs. We are now beginning the start of iterations with SCRUM. We are training the Scrum Masters and the POs of the ARTs. I am also engaged with management for an early adoption of the Lean Agile Portfolio framework.• Agos (Financing Company): At Agos, as Agile Trainer I am involved in the process of training the Innovation Lab team on Agile and Scrum topics. In addition, I am engaged, as Lean & Agile Coach, in the coaching of the Teams along the development process of an innovative product in the field of financing to individuals who need to renovate their homes. This project is the first of its kind in Italy and involves various Teams including: marketing, IT, Innovation, Legal, etc.. I’m involved in activities of au-tomation and improving of internal processes, such as Talent Acquisition, sickness and vacation management, etc… using an iPAAS software (Integromat), task manager software (Atlassian Jira), Amazon Relational DataBase Services.- Credit Agricole Italy: I was involved in a big changing program to evolve some inter-nal business processes and to resolve some pain points and improve the internal and external KPIs.
