  Promoted within Regulatory Affairs to Specialist. My role focused on monitoring regulatory developments in the IMO, IACS and EU scene, overseeing the implementation process of new requirements within LR and analysing the regulatory developments to support LR clients and colleagues.Special focus on the ISM Code, ISPS Code, STCW Convention, MLC Convention, MARPOL Annexes III, V and VI (Data collection system) IMSBC Code and IMDG Code. Transition to a strong maritime Classification Society and relocation to the United Kingdom. This role offered me exposure to the IMO community and enabled me to acquire a deeper understanding of the development process of international regulations as well as statutory and class requirements.
