  Over the years, I have demonstrated expertise in people and team management by successfully establishing and leading five teams specializing in VoX, DataCenter, 5G Core, Core Slicing, and Core SaaS. In this capacity, I assumed responsibility for the entire hiring process — from conducting interviews to orchestrating a seamless transition for new hires up to their first day at the office. I conducted interviews with various teams and individuals, collecting ideas and identifying weak points. Through a comprehensive analysis of the gathered insights, I strategically selected initiatives to implement, resulting in approximately 4 million in savings.During my tenure as a program manager, I collaborated extensively with Finnish colleagues.
