      I was a key contributor to several education and training programs in the People Programs team based in London. I worked chiefly with the University Programs team across EMEA, supporting recruitment and research functions and collaborations, particularly with Cambridge, ETH, UCL and TU Munich. I also managed CS4HS (www.CS4HS.com), a technology education training and curriculum development program in EMEA. This program aimed to up-skill teachers, particularly in disadvantaged communities and consisted of 50 projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. With a budget of half a million USD, this program saw over 20, 000 teachers trained in 33 countries. Exibir menos

BaptistCare is a community services organisation, responding to the needs of the aged, people living with disabilities, families in crisis and others struggling with disadvantage and distress. We have a strong focus on building growth capability through scalable resources and technology. Our department is responsible for complex operations and compliance training, as well as cross-functional employee development programs such as our Leadership Development Program, Guest Services training and manager skills training.
