  Talent and Outreach Programs

  I was a key contributor to several education and training programs in the People Programs team based in London. I worked chiefly with the University Programs team across EMEA, supporting recruitment and research functions and collaborations, particularly with Cambridge, ETH, UCL and TU Munich. I also managed CS4HS (www.CS4HS.com), a technology education training and curriculum development program in EMEA. This program aimed to up-skill teachers, particularly in disadvantaged communities and consisted of 50 projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. With a budget of half a million USD, this program saw over 20, 000 teachers trained in 33 countries. Exibir menos

  My role involved the delivery of multiple L&D projects including onboarding, internal team and personal development, leadership and management training across the business and facilitate courses including psychometrics, team culture and motivation, mentoring and coaching, emotional intelligence, workplace wellbeing and communication.I was also responsible for the scoping and implementation of multiple eLearning projects, including a new Learning Management System and managing a range of online and blended learning programs. BaptistCare is a community services organisation, responding to the needs of the aged, people living with disabilities, families in crisis and others struggling with disadvantage and distress. I am also now partnered with the Swiss consultancy Actively.ch to bring team and leadership coaching and training, workforce planning and innovative working practices to increasingly distributed work environments. I have been particularly focused on the not for profit sector, but have experience across government and private companies as well.   I lead the talent development function, helping build great teams and leaders across Vail Resorts in Australia. Our programs include Learning and Organisational Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Leadership Development across Vail Resort’s three Australian ski resorts (Perisher, Hotham and Falls Creek) for 2500+ employees. We have a strong focus on building growth capability through scalable resources and technology. Our department is responsible for complex operations and compliance training, as well as cross-functional employee development programs such as our Leadership Development Program, Guest Services training and manager skills training.
