  Floating & Awarding of Contracts through Electronic Tendering, Supplier Relationship Management, Technical & Contractual Supports to Vendors, Vendor Enlistment, Organizing Vendor Trainings to make them Familiar with E-tendering. Hydro training was done at National power training institute, Nangal, Chandigarh. We visited the some hydro power plants in J&K, Punjab and Himachal and got an over view of a hydro power plant. The Simulation training for a hydro power plant was the part of training. The training was for the ,Erection, operation and maintenance of a thermal power plant. This training program also included operation of super critical thermal power plant. I got a very broad view knowledge of thermal power plant from erection stage to operation stage. I would apply this knowledge in my job area.
