  I am currently the Construction manager for Bouygues (UK Company) Waste to Energy Plant. I was the Project Manager for Lampets Technology. My Role in Lampets Technology was to Liaise with clients, Designing of Equipment (Distillery Columns, Evaporators, Cooling Towers, Alcohol Storage, Yeast Propagation, Anaerobic Digestion, Fermentation Plants, Water Treatment), Mechanical Engineering, P&ID’s, 3D Drawings, Piping Designer, Project Management and to insure projects are kept within budget. I was also responsible for Piping design and monitor Installation thereof. Part of my responsibilities was to do site inspections and insure that equipment was made and installed according to specifications. I was also part of the commissioning team when starting up the plants for the first time. I am enthusiastic, confident, reliable, professional with strong leadership and relationship- building skills with 10 years+ Project management skills. Experienced with Managing 8 to 150 teams ranging from 4 to 5 people per team. I have learned from experience that projects require having both technical knowledge and managerial skills to implement projects with high standards. I have completed projects within budgets, in time and with minimal deviations from original plans where the highest standards are demanded. Projects Ranged from $20 million to about $300 million. I Worked in different coutries around the world including Belgium, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Swaziland, USA, Kenya, Malawi, Mozimbique,India, Brazil and Mauritius.
