  Worked in Scrum and Agile methodology, I have managed multiple projects at a time; All were to provide business solutions for various Financial Advisories around Singapore. I have a holistic role in Wen Consulting, as I saw the project through from start to end. I have led my clients through digital on-boarding, as well as requirements gathering to understand their business needs before commencing work on the project itself.While overseeing the projects are the main part of my job scope, I also do QA for the web-applications and error/bug reporting to ensure that all the requirements are being met and that the software we are providing to our clients are working well during their UAT phase.Projects managed and successfully completed:1. Digitalising Financial Advisories Know-Your-Customer processes2. Digital signing processes3. Application tracking and commission modules for insurance/investment products4. Creation of e-KYC software to cater to Financial Advisories' needs, which includes user management, product libraries, etc.5.
