  I am Co Chairman on the Civil Society of the SBP Standards Committee, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of standards for sustainable biomass sourcing, production and supply chains. The Committee is made up of representatives from both industry and civil society organisations, who together take decisions on standard-setting and provide views, advice and recommendations on the operation of SBP to the Board, Technical Committee and Secretariat.

  Member of the ACSFI of the FAO UN for a 2 year term. The ACSFI is the only FAO statutory body composed of senior executives from the private industry sector worldwide, it meets yearly (usually between April and May), with the main objective of providing guidance on activities and programmes of work of the FAO Forestry Division, and to create a forum for dialogue between FAO and the private sector to enhance the understanding of emerging opportunities, and to identify strategic actions that promote sustainable forest management, as well as sustainable consumption and production patterns related to forest products.
