      Manage the recruiting activities for the residency program by utilizing the ERAS software; Screen candidate files to meet criteria set by PD; Plan/execute all aspects of interview days to include scheduling of candidates and faculty interviews and provision of applicant materials to interviewers; Prepare/submit rank lists on the NRMP website; Prepare/submit new hire paperwork to GME /HR offices for selected candidates by ensuring proper credentialing of residents; Plan all Residency related events such Grand Rounds, Academic Day, Graduation, etc; Update/prepare the Residency Program Manual for the orientation; Plan departmental orientations for all new residents; Provide professional assistance to the physician PD to maintain program accreditation with the ACGME; In coordination with the GME office, maintain program letters of agreement with external sites; Prepare/coordinate materials and resources for the ACGME site visit reviews, to include preparation of the site visit documents, determine and solicit documentation and statistical information needed from affiliate sites and affiliate site directors to complete the site visit documents; work directly with the ACGME site visitor to plan the site visit schedule and to provide all documentation requested by the reviewer; Monitor duty hours for all residents and analyze data to determine compliance with ACGME duty hours; Monitor resident/faculty compliance with completion of ACGME surveys to ensure appropriate compliance rates reached; Schedule/record annual program review as specified by the ACGME; Schedule/record all Programs Evaluation Committee and Clinical Competency committee meetings; Provide all aspects of administrative support to the Chairman; Manage complex calendar; scheduling/prioritizing departmental meetings including booking of meeting rooms, sending invitations/announcements, ordering meals, preparing agendas, handouts and taking minutes; Travel arrangements including flight/hotel/car booking.
