The back-end operation of the client was responsible for managing manufacturing process of customers’ order. Planning and design of dress pants manufacturing facility with 1,200 machines for a client in Chittagong, Bangladesh. The project included development of plant layout, SOPs, JD for key positions and MIS incorporating Visual Management system.Pan India project for Govt. of India providing job linked training for underprivileged people. Project it involved partnering with organizations at grass root level for people out-reach, setting up of training centers, providing training and placements in apparel manufacturing factories. The project was implemented across 15 states in India.Setting up Key Performance Indicators with 6 manufacturing vendors in Bangladesh of a large European retailer.
