This study abroad experience allowed me to increase my cultural awareness, leadership skills, and grew personally as well as professionally.Upon returning to school I became a CIMBA Ambassador. As an ambassador I was responsible for constructing a summer newsletter for my program. When I returned to campus I was to take part in recruiting activities for the following semester, including, formulating my own recruitment project. Show less
