  Managing the quality and fit for womens casual trousers within M&S and supporting on denim.Within this role I generate specifications, work on blocks and create tech packs along with my designer. I am then responsible for managing our fit process across a number of regions, working closely with our sourcing offices.It is my responsibility to ensure we land our products in line with company policies and global certifications for many of our sustainability claims. I work closely with our fabric technologist to ensure materials meet the needs for the product type being developed. Show less I was responsible for the fit and quality of all Dresses and Tops within the brand, for 2 months I also covered the whole range including outerwear, knitwear and denim. During my time on the team I took a keen interest in critical path management and building on how we could work more efficiently as a team to land better quality product within new tighter deadlines.I am passionate about Plan A (Sustainability) and I was one of the champions for womenswear, this lets me explore my passion for innovation, constant improvement and improved environmental/social impact.I also took part in the Decoded Data Fellowship, improving my skills in data handling.
