In 2004 set up the office in Bournemouth to provide recruitment services to catering and hospitality customers within Dorset.2009 led an internal MBO of the Bournemoth and Weymouth branches of City Centre recruitment.

  I put together a group of companies as a consortium to bid for national public sector accounts. This consortium became Neuven Solutions in 2008.Neuven Solutions has gone on to become a major Neutral Vendor in the recruitment market.

  City Centre Cleaning Services provides both commercial and private cleaning services throughout Dorset and the neighbouring counties. We also provide a fully outsourced housekeeping services to hotels.

  After a successful managment buy out in December 2009 I am Managing Director of CC Business Services which provides recuritment services through its City Centre recruitment brand and cleaning services through its City Centre Cleaning Services Brand to companies within Dorset and the surrounding counties.

  I am a volunteer ambassador for Buy Dorset. Buy Dorset's aim is to promote businesses to buy their goods and services needed from other locally owned businesses in Dorset and the surrounding counties.The organisation is a not for profit organisation and puts on networking functions throughout the year as well as running a very active website listing and promitng its members needs and services.
